A snack for all seasons

Apple Chips

Nobilis Zrt, a Hungarian producer of dried fruit snacks, has introduced Apple Crisps with Ginger, a Great Taste Award-winning snack that merges health with flavour.

The air-dried, vegan and gluten-free apple crisps are made from sustainably sourced red apples and infused with ground ginger, offering a light, crunchy texture. Each 25g bag contains the equivalent of two whole apples, making it a fibre-rich, naturally sweet option without added sugars. Ginger adds a warm spiciness that enhances the immune benefits, making it especially appealing during winter.

The crisps support immunity with no artificial additives, catering to the rising trend of functional snacks that deliver more than just taste.

Bold twist on a classic Korean snack

Fish chips

Lotte Wellcome’s Oing Dried Pollock Fish Chip Spicy Mayo Flavor delivers a uniquely Korean snacking experience that combines high protein with bold flavours.

Crafted from Nogari (dried pollock), the flavour is a blend of spicy Cheongyang peppers and creamy mayo, resulting in a savoury and spicy kick balanced by a smooth, creamy finish. The chewy yet crispy texture of the Nogari is a hallmark of Korean snacks, and Lotte has taken it up a notch with the spicy mayo fusion, targeting snack lovers seeking something out of the ordinary.

With 3.3g of protein per serving, they also not only pack in taste, but offer a satisfying crunch and a bolt of nutrition. They’re versatile for any occasion – paired with your favourite tipple or enjoyed on-the-go.

A convenient, shelf-stable snack, Oing Dried Pollock Fish Chip Spicy Mayo Flavor promises to appeal to both local and international consumers with its innovative approach to fish chips.

High-protein low-carb snacking

Dr Karg's

Dr. Karg’s Protein Thins offer a balanced, protein-packed snack crammed with more than 30% protein and no additives. Known for its commitment to wholesome, natural ingredients, Dr. Karg’s Protein Thins are available in Emmental Cheese and Sesame & Linseeds variants (Emmental Cheese is suitable for vegetarians, while Sesame & Linseeds is entirely vegan).

With 30% fewer carbohydrates than standard grain-based savoury snacks, the thins are an attractive alternative for those watching their carb intake without sacrificing flavour. Inspired by traditional German baking, the crisp texture and rich taste make them versatile snacks for any time of day.

Dr Klaus Karg KG has its roots in the family-owned Fränkische Dorfbäckerei Karg (Franconian Village Bakery Karg”), so from an early age, Klaus Karg – who is CEO and founded the crispbread division – has learned what it means to be a baker.

“After taking over the bakery from my father, I wondered how we could use our ovens in the afternoon, since bakers traditionally work at night and in the early morning. Natural snacking has always been an interesting topic to me personally, but also from a marketing standpoint. And thus, we found our mission: We want to offer the alternative to poorly balanced snacks, make products that taste good and do good, that combine natural ingredients and deliciousness,” said Klarg.
