What is it? “It’s a frozen bread free from gluten, lactose and nuts that consumers finish off baking at home.”
What makes it so innovative? “What’s interesting is that the bread is packaged in a bag that the product can also be baked in. The bag doubles up as a baking and storage container. The company says the bag avoids the product picking up flavors or nut dust when being baked. It’s an interesting take on gluten-free and allergens – they’ve taken it to the next step.”
