Transform Pack's losses for the fiscal quarter ending February 28th totalled $152,942CDN (€109,585) or $0.01CDN per share compared with a loss of $126,329CDN or $0.01CDN per share for the same period in the 2001 fiscal year.
For the nine months ended February 28th Transform Pack's losses totalled $137,721CDN or $0.01CDN per share compared with a loss of $683,548CDN or $0.06CDN per share for the same period in the 2001 fiscal year.
Transform Pack decreased its losses for the nine months period by $545,827CDN and increased its revenues by $1,000,337CDN.The company is in the process of capitalising its value in the range of $1 to $1.5 million USD within the next three to six months to allow it to address the market in a more aggressive fashion.
The company has expanded its market in Europe, Canada and the United States with international seasoning companies capable of taking the System worldwide.
It has also begun the process of licensing production in the United Kingdom, where strong interest and sales are supporting such a venture.
