Limagrain Ingredients is a subsidiary of LIMAGRAIN, an agricultural cooperative group, creator and producer of plant varieties.

From its grains and cereals, Limagrain Ingredients creates ingredients with unique functionalities that assist manufacturers in improving the texture, mouth-feel and nutrition of their products. Limagrain have been committed to the clean Label approach for nearly 30 years. We develop and offer a wide range of ingredients: flour and grits, functional flours, masa flours, snack pellets, bread improvers as well as puffed and toasted grains. The ingredients are used across the food and feed industry; in industrial bakeries, breakfast cereal and snack manufacturers, convenience food and in pet food and animal feed (young animals, horses).

Limagrain Ingredients achieves sales of over 215 million euros, 55% of which are international, and produces over 331,000 tonnes of cereals each year.
