The Bunge Ingredient Innovation Center (BIIC) is central to our customer-focused strategy. Staffed with scientists and research and development professionals, the primary mission of the BIIC is to provide applications support for existing products and customers. The staff also works to develop innovative solutions to meet next generation needs for shortenings and oils. As part of our development research, Bunge partners with leading seed developers to deliver identity preserved soybean and canola oil with improved functional and health benefits.
