The popular UK children’s fruit snack producer has partnered with the pioneering app platform – fast gaining popularity as a way to explore towns, cities & villages across the UK – to create a Sherlock-style treasure hunt map.

The partnership has launched an in-pack map game called The Lost Treasure.

Four maps need to be found within each pack – each based on a Fruit Bowl brand character's ‘world’ (Todd’s Coral Reef, Max’s Jungle, Hettie’s Watering Hole and Lily’s Mountain) – that will take would-be PIs (private investigators) on a challenge that combines mind-twisting clues, fascinating stories and catching crooks.

Within each map is a QR code that unlocks online games that reveal directions to the secret hiding place.

Revealing this hiding place then unlocks the chance to win a monthly prize draw, worth $500.

But beware – the game is addictive.

The collab is highlighted front of pack on Fruit Bowl snacks, and the map can be found on boxes of Fruit Bowl's three Peeler SKUs, Strawberry, Raspberry and Blackcurrant, available from Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, The Co-Op, Waitrose and on Ocado for an RRP of £2.50.
