The Pepperidge Farm brand owner has opened applications for 100 positions at its Willard site, affectionately dubbed the ‘Goldfish capital’, producing 50 million of the iconic cheddar-flavoured crackers daily.

The bakery in southwestern Huron County, Ohio, currently employs around 700 people, but is gearing up for a new cohort of “passionate individuals who have a desire to work for one of the most incredible snacking companies in the world,” the company said in a release.

Campbell Snacks is one of the two powerhouse divisions making up Campbell Soup, which has roots dating back to 1869. As a purpose-driven company, the unit plays an integral role in society – from the snacks it makes to its commitment to the communities it operates within and to the environment. It is also wholly focused on building a winning team and culture, prioritising inclusion and diversity, with a $1.5m commitment over three years to  fight racism and discrimination.
