To help fans sizzle this summer, Frito-Lay Variety Packs has launched the ‘Unbox the Icons’ campaign, with recommendations of the perfect snack for every occasion.
Snacks and swanky swag
To kick it off, Frito-Lay Variety Packs tapped Mario and Martha to curate their own signature Iconic Boxes, which fans will have a chance to win.
“Throughout my career and personal life, I’ve learned to savour the moments, even the ones that seem ordinary, because you never know when something can become extraordinary, giving you a memory that lasts a lifetime,” said Lopez.
Added Stewart, “The best part about spending time with friends and families is the shared joy that comes with making memories over a delicious snack. With the Iconic Box, you can now snack like me to elevate your dining experience.
“Who says the simple things can’t be refined?”
Boogie down for the best selfie
Mario’s box is designed to turn up the heat with Funyuns Flamin’ Hot Onion Rings, Doritos Spicy Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips and Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Limon Cheese Snacks, along with his favourite hot sauce.
It also includes wireless headphones and one year Spotify Premium subscription to turn up the heat, along with a Fujifilm instant camera with refill cartridges and Unbox the Icons-branded bucket hat, chip clips and pins to set up your 'bestest' selfie.

Unsurprisingly, Martha’s Iconic Box focuses on food, glorious food and includes Ruffles Original Potato Chips, Lay’s Sour Cream & Onion, Ruffles Cheddar and Sour Cream Potato Chips. It also offers a signed Martha’s American Food cookbook and a Sur La Table cooking class vouch for two.
If that’s not enough, foodies can also expect a $150 gourmet steak gift card, a Sur La Table canister of gourmet sea salt, and Unbox the Icons-branded apron, chip clips and pins.
