GNT is attending the trade fair – taking place in Paris, France, from 8-10 March 2022 – to showcase the infinite possibility of its Exberry platform, created from edible fruit, vegetables and plants using physical methods like chopping, boiling and filtering.
According to The Netherlands family-owned company, the concentrates meet modern consumer demands for visually appealing products containing natural, easy-to-understand ingredients.
Visitors to CFIA will receive bags of granola featuring shades from across the whole rainbow as well as examples of finished products. They will also be able to talk to experts to find out how the concentrates can meet their specific requirements.

“Visual appeal remains essential in the modern food and drink market, but consumers are also checking ingredient lists more closely than ever,” said Baptiste Mattelin, MD of GNT France.
“Exberry colour concentrates can deliver powerful shades in almost any application while offering the clean and clear label declarations that today’s shoppers want to see.”
Over the years, Exberry has become synonymous with high performance colour systems based on the most natural concept of colouring food with food.
The brand comprises more than 400 shades, suitable for a wide range of applications, from bakery products to savoury snacks, confection, dairy and alcohol.
The complete vertical integration of the supply chain ensures full traceability of its clean label status, along with consistent price and stock stability. According to GNT, the platform is used by more than 1,900 leading F&B producers across the world.
