Warburton will offer his perspective on workforce engagement, leading attendees in a conversation about the European and global bakery market, according to the ABA.
The ABA said Warburton has been chairman since 2001, during which time the business has experienced a 60% growth, reaching a turnover in excess of £550m ($783m), making it one of the largest bakery companies in the UK.
It also increased the number of distribution sites by over 40%.
“Jonathan will detail his highly effective leadership style and will offer his unique perspective on opportunities for where the industry can employ innovative thinking in the ever-changing marketplace,” said Robb MacKie, ABA’s president and CEO.
The ABA's convention will be held in Scottsdale, Arizonia, in April.
