Sébastien Touflet elected president of Fédération des Entrepreneurs de Boulangerie
Touflet, 47, was unanimously selected by the directors of the Federation to take over from Pascal Cantenot. Touflet has been head of the FEB’s social section since 2011.
He is also president of the bakery producers Touflet Boulanger, which has been a long-standing member of the Federation.
Touflet Boulanger is a family-owned business based in Saint Denis, France, with a 64-year history in the bakery and pastry industry. Last year, the group generated €32m ($36m) in revenue and currently employs more than 390 employees.
The company has 11 bakeries located throughout the country.

The FEB represents French bakery, viennoiserie and pastry (BVP) entrepreneurs, providing advice, support and information on all aspects of social, legal, tax and regulatory legislation.
The Federation currently has more than 260 members, representing 80% of the BVP that generates a turnover of €8.5bn ($9.5bn).
