Enticing zing of sting
Jimmy’s UK has added chilli SKUs to its popcorn, including Tabasco Sweet Chili BBQ Popcorn and Sweet Chilli Cheese Popcorn. The Huddersfield-based popcorn maker has been producing Ready-to-Eat and Microwave Popcorn for three generations. Other flavors in its line up include Toffee, Chocolate and Cheese Popcorn, Sweet Honey, Apple Pear, Sea Salt and Smoked Paprika Popcorn. Batting for health
Hull-based Battle Oats has added a protein cookie to its portfolio of protein bars. The GMO-free bars are high in fiber (8-9 g per bar), a natural source of energy, gluten-free, and do not contain palm oil. The bars, with a RSP of $16.99 each, come in five flavors, including White chocolate and Coconut, Cranberry & Blueberry Fusion, Cinnamon 'N' Raisin, Double Chocolate Brownie and Dark Choc Chip.
Reinventing the sandwich
According to Signature Flatbreads UK, its Sandwich Thins are great for topping, filling or toasting and have driven significant growth in the market for alternative sandwich carriers. The family business, now managed by the third generation, produces authentic flatbreads and morning goods available in ambient, chilled or frozen form, distributed throughout the UK as well as in India.
Moments of crisp bliss
The famously decadent Japanese beef known for its eye-watering price tag and marbled texture and taste is complemented with mustard and the sweet bite of honey in Savorsmith’s latest SKU, Wagyu Beef & Honey Mustard Crisps. Using home-grown British potatoes, the gluten and MSG-free range also includes indulgent flavors like Champers & Serrano Chilli Crisps (with crisp bubble accents of Champagne) and Truffle & Rosemary Crisps.
