All eyes are on Cologne as ISM (January 29 – February 1 at Koelnmesse) gears up to open its doors in less than a week.
The show will be held conjunction with ProSweets, an ingredients, processing and packaging fair for the sweets and snacks industry.

British potato chip startup John & John - owned by German company Market Grounds - will exhibit a range of GMO-free and gluten-free products at ISM.
After being washed and thickly sliced, John & John crisps are fried in pure sunflower oil and, while still warm, lavished in spices and packaged to capture the crisp freshness.
Available in five flavors, including Deep Blue Sea Salt, Sweet Chili & Red Pepper, Aspall Cyder Vinegar, Suffolk Cheddar & Chives and Sea Salt & Black Pepper, as well as a Mixed Roots bag, containing parsnips, carrots and beetroot refined with a pinch of sea salt.
Gluten-free and vegan, the crisps use non-GMO vegetables, contain no artificial flavors or colors and are preservative free.

Their latest product offering from Cheese Garden are light and crispy Waffleball spheres housing creamy cheese fillings, in variants including smoky ham, Roquefort, gouda and chilli.
Another innovative product from crissbiss captivates the consumer’s penchant for combining sweet and salty tones.
Panfruitelle is a salty wholemeal flatbread studded with whole pieces of cranberry, wholesome, hearty and healthful in one bite.
Bagels Italian-style
Terre di Puglia produces Apulian-style products using only the extra virgin olive oil cultivar “coratina”, the basis of typical dishes from this region.
