Leadership changes for Kellogg to drive US growth

Kellogg Company has announced two new appointments; a move it says will help drive further growth for its business in North America.

Paul Norman has become president of Kellogg North America; while Craig Bahner will become president for US Morning Foods.

Portfolio of businesses

Paul Norman’s appointment as president is effective immediately. He will report directly to chairman and CEO John Bryant.

Most recently, Norman served as Kellogg’s chief growth officer and led US Morning Foods on an interim basis. Bryant commended his "successful track record and extensive experience".

“Paul’s recent work to establish the new Global Category teams while leading US Morning Foods for the past several months, makes this the right time for him to take the lead for North America," added Bryant.

As president of Kellogg North America, Norman will manage a portfolio of businesses including US Snacks, US Morning Foods, US Frozen Foods, US Speciality Channels and Canada.

Brand building expertise

Craig Bahner will take up the position of president, US Morning Foods, as of July 7.

Bahner spent 20 years with Procter & Gamble, before becoming chief marketing officer at Wendy’s. His responsibilities there included brand building, marketing and culinary innovation for the company’s flagship brand.
