NTF-Aalborg launches stainless steel system to protect and guard food processing machines

NTF-Aalborg has launched Competition-Line, a stainless steel system for protecting and guarding food processing machines, initially targeting the German market.

The company, which works with Arla, Tulip and Danish Crown, said the system can be easily adjusted and the hygienic stainless steel design makes it easy to clean with no fittings or horizontal surfaces.

Larger capital base

Jørgen Ravn, sales executive, NTF-Aalborg, told FoodProductionDaily, the firm recently expanded its ownership group hiring a CEO.

This ensures future growth and development in our four product segments; hygiene equipment, process equipment, machine safety grating and subcontracting work,” he said.

It means further development, growth and strengthening of the company and a larger capital base which give better opportunities regarding new markets, specialisation of employees’ qualifications, more employee responsibility and more detailed focus on the areas of sales, marketing, production and management.

It also means we will hire more employees.”

Hygienic design and easy-to-clean technology

Ravn added, the focus now will be on future development in a continuous stronger competitive international market.

The key is flexibility, with a focus on differentiation and customer benefits with our hygienic design and easy-to-clean technology.

We are certain we have the right team of employees whose qualifications and hard work we trust will bring us further growth.

Ravn said the industry will see increased competition from new emerging markets and more regulations from authorities.

Other customers include Carlsberg, DuPont, BASF, Linco Food Systems, and Tetra Pak.

Danish Food Tech Group will be exhibiting at Anuga FoodTec 2015 in Cologne, Germany, representing 13 of its 36 Danish companies within the international food industry.
