Geary’s Bakery joins the Federation of Bakers
Craft baker Geary’s Bakery becomes the Federation of Bakers (FoB) 10th member company.
It joins Nicholas and Harris, Allied Bakeries, Delifrance, Fine Lady Bakeries, Roberts Bakery, Jackson’s Bakery, Kerry Ingredients and Flavours, Warburton’s, and WD Irwin & Sons.
Geary’s Bakery supply a wide range of breads and rolls using traditional craft methods such as longer fermentation.
Managing director Jason Geary said the membership would help support future innovation.
FoB’s member companies supply the majority of bread consumed in the UK.
