Kellogg elects John A. Bryant as chairman of the board
President and CEO of Kellogg John A. Bryant will become chairman of the board, effective from July 1.
A member of the company’s board of directors since July 2010, Bryant will replace current chairman James M. Jenness.
Speaking about the new appointment, Jenness said: “John has a deep understanding of all aspects of Kellogg Company’s business and a clear vision of how we will deliver on our strategy and grow our business around the world. His election to chairman demonstrates the board’s confidence in his leadership.”
Jenness will remain on the board as a non-executive director.
