The range includes neutral and sweet pastry cases in different sizes that can be filled with creams, fruit, vegetables, seafood and much more.
Robert Whittle, general manager at Pidy UK, said the development responded to market demands.
“Over the last few years we have been inundated with requests to develop a gluten and dairy free range. We have taken our time to develop this range to ensure close to perfection and it has been a learning curve for all involved,” he said.
Pidy had to develop a new site for the manufacturing of its new gluten and dairy-free line. The products have been initially launched into the UK, but Whittle said Pidy could expand if the interest was there.
