The packaging firm says its TNA intelli-flav OMS 3c provides even coverage at throughput rates of 100500kg an hour.
Configured for on-machine seasoning, the TNA intelli-flav OMS 3c's novel spray capability enables the application of liquids, liquid flavours and slurries, in addition to dry powders, and can also be used as a standalone seasoning system for small snack lines.
Two high-precision continuous spray guns can use a wide variety of nozzles for tailored seasoning, while the liquid itself is delivered by a closed-loop spray system for enhanced accuracy. For optimal control, every part of the seasoning process is independent, and can be repeated and customised to suit each individual product.
TNA says its systems can target a variety of inefficiencies, such as poor product quality, material wastage or unsustainable processes through the collection of detailed and reliable data from as many parts of the manufacturing process as possible.
