Schaaf, the German-based food extrusion systems provider, will be featuring a selection of its latest technologies at the forthcoming Anuga exhibition.
Anuga 2003, which is being held in Cologne, Germany from 11th to 15th October 2003, will provide a platform for Schaaf technologies from stall no.5 in the passage between Hall no.4 and Hall no.11. As with previous shows, the focus will be on showcasing new technologies and processes as well as newly developed extruded products, the company says.
Schaaf has been actively involved in the development of newer applications of food-extrusion technology with the aim of fully exploiting the vast capabilities of this versatile technology. The company says that the Anuga show, with its strong emphasis on products and processes, provides an ideal platform to present new processing concepts to the food extrusion industry.
During Anuga 2001, Schaaf exhibited a wide variety of its latest products and product concepts, realised using its extrusion systems. The company said ti received a positive response from a large number of visitors, many with long experience in the field of food extrusion.
