Kliklok teas up

Kliklok Woodman has recently supplied one of its CCI compact intermittent end load cartoners to a UK company which processes and packages teas.

The machine is being installed at Clipper Teas, based in Beaminster, Dorset, packing herbal & fruit flavoured teabags. With the increased popularity of these beverages constantly edging up demand, Clipper Teas required another cartoning machine.

Kliklok added that its CCI machine was chosen by Clipper Teas because it provided a space-saving and affordable solution which also provided a faster and more efficient packaging solution.

With its predominantly stainless steel construction, Kliklok claims that the CCI is a compact, intermittent motion machine, including within its small footprint both automatic product insertion and product infeed timing.

Standard features include motor driven powered hopper and 'slam shut' flap folding & compression system. To date, the CCI has proven to be one of the company's most successful end load cartoners, with installations in the UK, Denmark, Germany, Sweden, New Zealand and Australia.
