Thiele launches new beverage packer
system called Servo Beverage Packer, engineered to provide greater
flexibility.
In the US, Thiele Technologies has introduced a beverage packing system called Servo Beverage Packer, engineered to provide greater flexibility.
The system provides the flexibility needed to handle a wide variety of beverage products such as soft drinks, juice and sport drinks, and unique pack patterns, including refrigerator space-saving orientations. Additionally, the small footprint of the complete system maximises packaging room space - the company claims.
Thiele's infeed enables the Servo Beverage Packer to orient cans, PET and glass containers into the pack pattern without damaging the product. A Barrel Cam loader provides precise product loading ensuring the highest standard in container handling. The machine is also said to deliver enhanced performance and uptime by eliminating the use of a mechanical drive.
The Servo Beverage Packer can handle a variety of sizes ranging from 6 packs to 30 packs, including the 2 x 6 - 12 pack. The company also claims that the system can handle speeds of up to 2200 containers per minute.
Thiele Technologies is part of the global Barry-Wehmiller group of companies, which specialises in packaging equipment, consulting and corrugated equipment.
