New products for London show

Two new products will be the focus of attention on the Arkady Craigmillar stand at next month's IFE show in London - an extension of the popular Panorito range, and a new miniature version of the popular Goldfrost doughnut.

Arkady Craigmillar, one of the UK's leading manufacturers of frozen speciality bakery products, will be highlighting product innovations at the forthcoming IFE food exhibition in London.

The products on display will include extensions to the company's Panorito savoury snack range, plus new additions to the Goldfrost doughnut brand.

The Panorito range of individually-wrapped, ready-to-bake hand-held French baguettes has experienced dynamic growth over the past 18 months, according to the company, prompting the creation of the new variety which will be launched at the show.

The Panorito Tuna Melt also taps into the growing trend of using fish as a filling or topping for convenience foods, a trend driven by the fact that fish is often seen as a healthier option. The Tuna Melt joins the other flavours in the Panorito range: Tomato and Cheese, Salami and Hawaiian.

The other main product displayed by Arkady Craigmillar at the IFE will be an innovative mini version of its popular Goldfrost Doughnuts brand. Aimed at food service operators requiring a smaller and less expensive unit cost, the new product also meets the growing consumer demand for all things mini.

Arkady Craigmillar will also be presenting its usual range of products suitable for all types of bakery and food service operations, such as easy-to-use Scoop & Bake Cake Plain and Chocolate Batters, Simply Solo and Simply Scoop Cookies.
