UK-based Moody has established a joint venture with the heat exchanger specialists, PJ Heat Exchangers. The agreement means that Moody will now be able to provide a dedicated, plate heat exchanger service and maintenance facility to its dairy, food and drinks industry customers, within the UK and Ireland.
PJ Heat Exchangers will receive additional capital to finance expansion and will benefit from Moody's management system, with the opportunity to significantly increase business opportunities within Moody's client base.
Malcolm Wilkinson, Moody chief executive, believes the collaboration has benefits for both sides: "We were keen to find a reliable and experienced partner to provide a comprehensive service and maintenance package for plate heat exchangers. PJ Heat Exchangers' established infrastructure and expertise matched these needs exactly.
