The Mexican Packaging Association (La Asociacion Mexicana de Envase y Embalaje) has given design awards to four PET juice beverage bottles sold by Industrias Graham Innopack, a joint venture of Graham Packaging Latin America and Industrias Innopack.

Three of the winning bottles-the 355-millilitre Quatro bottle, the 1.5-liter Quatro bottle, and the 8-ounce Magic bottle - are made for Coca-Cola. Quatro is a fruit-flavoured beverage marketed to adults in the Mexican market. Magic is a fruit-flavoured beverage primarily marketed to children.

The other winning bottle-the 500-millilitre Be-Light H2O bottle - is made for Sabritas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pepsi/Frito-Lay. Be-Light is a fruit-flavoured diet beverage aimed at health-conscious consumers.

The Mexican Packaging Association will enter the four bottles in the WorldStar awards competition.
